Located in Merivale Christchurch, Elemental Therapies is focused on a holistic approach to healthcare. Complementary therapies share a common principle, which is that the whole person needs to be treated to restore health and vitality. Therefore we try to address people’s body pains or discomforts through three main ways — massage therapy, reflexology, and acupuncture by applying different methods such as trigger point therapy, cupping therapy and Gua Sha.

The founder of Elemental Therapies was studying physiotherapy and practiced as a physiotherapist in China for 7 years and he became interested in therapeutic massage after relocating to Auckland. After years’ of training and working in this field and knowing better different clients’ needs then he decided to establish Elemental Therapies to offer holistic therapies for people in Christchurch with the intention of going for quality massage therapy, acupuncture, and reflexology.

All the staff in Elemental Therapies are registered with Massage NZ (MNZ)or Acupuncture NZ and above 10-year experience in their complementary therapy practice.
